The course is 15 weeks. You also receive bonus audios to listen to at your leisure.

All courses are lifetime access and ongoing professional support from the hypnosis team.

The course consists of eight audios, five hypnosis audios and three bonus audios which include a meditation and affirmation audio.

Once you sign up, you get instant access.

Each of the hypnosis audios (5 in total) are to be listened to for 21 days. 

 

So, the first audio you listen to for 21 days, then you go onto audio two, until you finish the course.

The best time to listen to the hypnosis audios are at night-time, and with headphones. 

Please note that you can fall asleep and it will still go into your subconscious, because the subconscious never sleeps.
